Here you have a few tips on how to get to the different places where you need to be during your stay in Barcelona:

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GO WALKING AROUND THE CITY CENTER

From the Centric Point Hostel to ANUE (Registration):

It is just a 5 minutes walk. You have to walk down on Passeig the Gràcia until you get to Plaça Catalunya, Then turn the second street to left which is Carrer Fontanella. ANUE is at number 14, 1st floor 1st door. The lazy ones can take the Metro from Passeig de Gràcia to Urquinaona in Plaça Urquinaona look for Carrer Fontanella and you'll be there. But honestly, it is not worth it to take the Metro. Check the map!

From Gothic Point Hostel to ANUE:

You have to walk from Carrer Vigatans to Via Laietana. If you go by metro, take Line 4 (yellow one) to Plaça Urquinaona Station. Then you go out and look for Carrer Fontanella. ANUE is at number 14.
If you go walking, once you are in Via Laietana you go up until Plaça Urquinaona. Then, on your left you will see Carrer Fontanella. It is at number 14. It won't take you more than 10 minutes. 

From Pere Tarrés Hostel to ANUE:
You have to catch the green line (L3) metro at Les Corts o Maria Cristina and get off at Catalunya station. Look for Carrer Fontanella

From ANUE to City Hall:

You have to walk along Fontanella Street until plaça Urquinaona. Then, take Via Laietana (the first street at your right) and keep going down until to Plaça de L'Àngel. Then, on your right you will see Jaume I street. You walk up this street and you will get to Sant Jaume Square. At your left you will see the City Hall.

How to get to the Palace of Congresses 

The Palace of Congresses (Avinguda Diagonal 661-671 www.pcongresos.com ) is at the end of Line 3 (green one), at the last Station, Zona Universitària. So all you have to do is to get to the nearest metro station from your hostel (Passeig de Gràcia, Liceu o Les Corts/ Maria Cristina) to Zona Universitària direction. You have to get off at Zona Universitària station. Once there, you go out and you will see Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I. The Palace of Congresses is just beside it.

Getting there

From Barcelona's airport (El Prat) to the hostel:

There are three ways of getting to Barcelona from the airport.
- By Bus: The service called Aerobus leaves you in Plaça Catalunya, only a few minutes away from the Hostel. The cost of the one way trip is 3,75€. The duration of the trip is 30 minutes aprox. And it leaves every 12 minutes.
- By Train: From the airport there used to be a train travelling to Plaça Catalunya every 20 minutes. Right now there is some construction work being done in the area and might be necessary to transfer trains. The cost of the ticket is below 1,50€ .
- You can also take a Taxi but that can get quite expensive ( around 30€ ).
From Sants Estació (main train station) to the Hostel:
- The best option is taking the Metro (L3) from Sants Estació to Passeig the Gràcia (Centric Point Hostel) or Liceu and Paral•lel (the other hostels. Check the map).

From Girona's airport (Girona-Costa Brava):

- Barcelona Bus has a service from Girona Airport to Barcelona- Estació del Nord (main bus station). The tickets cost 12€ single ticket, 21 the return ticket, and the trip lasts around 1h and 10 minutes. From the bus terminal you should take the Metro (L1) at the station Arc the Triomf located a few minutes walking from the terminal and stop at Plaça Catalunya Station.
